Many happy returns! Either His Lordship is mellowing with age or, as is more likely, I'm becoming more conservative with mine--that is to say, a revision of wet Tory views--but I find myself agreeing with him more and more.
No particular evidence of his lordship mellowing so it must be the second explanation.
